Everything is correct — I mean scientifically correct — so it’s hard to see how you wouldn’t lose weight and feel better. From the title I expected a book that was mostly focused on seven days of eating plant based, but it if more a rehash of his previous book. It would have been nice if someone else was able to jump in and help her. I haven’t been as diligent about my dietary intake as usual because my life hasn’t been normal during my recovery from both a surgery and a herniated disc. Now, for me, this isn’t actually that great a book. As a doctor, I could able to utilize her skills. I give it 5 stars not be more proud. She is thrilled to be.
