If you think this latter scenario is hitting the truth bell with you inside, then what happened actually makes sense. There’s no need to eat chicken and lettuce alone when you can now spruce it up with avocado, tomatoes, egg, broccoli and even a little bacon and cheese here and there. Just curious if you have other options besides steak. Scared I messed everything up. Find the right amount of calories that you should average, in order to maintain your weight. Follow your hunger and trust your body. If you take a break from P2, and get back on it, again, you will very likely gain ALOT, could be 4 or 5 pounds or more. You would have to really commit to it, and work at it I think, and get support.
Acknowledge yourself for getting here; it is quite an accomplishment. You rocked it! You may have lost or even 20 pounds in a short time, which is amazing. Perhaps you have more to go in your next round, but do not concern yourself with that now. Simply appreciate how far you have come, and stay focused on each round, and on each phase that you are in. For NOW, it is time to learn how to do P3. Most of us are scared when starting P3.
